Californian hard rock band The Brave are no slouches when it comes to the writing process. Considering the band had disbanded during the mid 90s, Stayce 20 years later, made a brief comeback in 2014 with a full length entitled Rise, which featured Amanda Z as their vocalist.
They covered a mixture of old and new songs, which to many fans of the band makes Rise the least remembered album.
Fast forward to April last year when the band released Evie’s Little Garden, which was their first original full length album since, Trust back in 1994. The group consisting of Stayce Roberts (Vocals, guitars), Malcolm Paris (Bass) and John Spittle (Drums), have been hard at work on their latest album Gravedigger, which is scheduled for release later this year.
The bands third single “Alive” drops on August 6th, with the promise of being like the classic The Brave of old, as the single was written way back in 1987 and the first song they ever played live.
