I tell you one thing, the boys at XIII Minutes have been through a lot. Especially with the departure of former members Michael Rowley and long-time founding guitarist Aaron Smith. Then, within a space of a year, the group had been through two potential vocalists – Jordan Harvey, which seemed to be for a fleeting moment, and until only a month ago with Aaron Hobbs, who featured as a permanent fixture until a shock stepdown at their official welcome back show, and that after a lengthy hiatus.
When all seemed to be dashed and surely coming to a halt, a long-time friend, labelmate, and vocalist Jerrod Cunningham from hard rock/alternative band I Am The Pendragon, now assumes official live vocal duties beginning this September at the KOUJ Block Party 2023.
Then a mere 24 hours later XIII Minutes announced the official inclusion of bassist Preston Bell to the fold, and now the lineup is completed with Thomas Wheat (guitars) and Jamie Kucinski (drums). They are preparing for the release of a brand new and much-anticipated single “Cult Leader“, which should be available very soon.
