When it comes to German hardcore punk, there really aren’t any standouts from the genre. They may have many moons ago, however the metal scene itself has thrived with many great bands such as Scorpions, Gamma Ray, Helloween, Rammstein, Blind Guardian and Powerwolf.
But, then you have the likes of Praiser, who are in a field of their own with faith based lyrical content and their brand of fast and furious hardcore infused punk rock, which is displayed plainly with their last album kein Zuhause (2019), which is completely vocally done in the German language.
The group are currently in the studio and working on new material. There is no word as of yet, to whether the band will be releasing their latest music through a label or independently as before.
