British metalcore band Confessions Of A Traitor have been in a whirlwind since their signing to Californian label Facedown Records. Their debut record Punishing Myself Before God Does (2022) plus playing many shows across the U.K. and Europe and also a single stint in the U.S. have all been huge steps forward for the band.
Founding bassist Tony Nagel has called time and will be entering into hiatus from his duties for an undisclosed period. We also had a chance to meet Tony at Chain Reaction, in Anaheim, California in 2023, while touring with Convictions at their The Aggressive Worship Tour and noted his humbleness, resolve and love for the band is second to none. We wish Tony all the best for the time he needs to take until he is ready for service again.
