The City of San Diego honored lead vocalist Sonny Sandoval from rapcore/nü-metal band P.O.D. last Thursday for not only his contribution to music, but for his love of his neighborhood and his social contribution towards the community and people.
The Southern Californian government body has named June 23rd as Sonny Sandoval Day.
