Metalcore has been a polarizing thing, you either like it or you don’t. Being raised in a era where thrash metal was huge and then death metal was overtaking the scene in the early ’90s, the subgenre in itself finally seems to be making that transition into the mainstay of what extreme music is for this current generation of fans.
