The phrase “Wake me up, when September ends!” made known by Green Day has taken a whole new meaning for the boys in Stryper.
The band has regrettably announced that they have to postpone a majority of their September dates, and rescheduling for late spring and early in summer 2023, due to the economic cards stacking up against them. The group have also said that there are more bands after tour buses than there are tour buses available and costs are deemed too high as, also the country is still feeling the pinch from the current gas prices.
They have promised to reimburse every ticket sold for their September dates, including of course the meet and greets during that time. The dates affected are from 09/08/22 through 09/25/22. The group have also stated that they will livestream their show in Dallas, Texas on 09/29/22. More details will be released on that soon.

On a brighter note, Stryper’s brand new album The Final Battle is still on track for release in October, 2022.
