The first time I heard of these guys was quite a while ago at the beginning of 2020, when they released their previous single “The In Between”.
Since then, we had the pleasure of experiencing the alternative metal band Theody live at the Kingdom Come Festival in mid June 2021, in which I was blown away by the high energy and robust sound that the trio of Lauren Kinder (vocals), Charles Kinder (bass) and Chad Wunderle (drums), had created for the waiting fans and interested parties like myself.
The band are on the verge of releasing their brand new full length album Smoke and Mirrors, which is organized for a 27th August 2021 release date. This year they have impacted the fans with two prior singles for the upcoming album with “Tempest” and “Skeptic”, that can be found on all streaming providers which also have instrumental versions of the tracks previously mentioned.
