I’m guessing by many of you that you’ve all been thinking that it’s been a long time coming since David Benson has graced us with any new material since his 2013 full-length release Evil Killer.
For those of you who may not have heard of David Benson before, he made his debut back in 1993 with a demo entitled America Wake Up, and has since then developed into a great songwriter and performer throughout his 28 year career. He hit his peak in the mid nineties with three releases over a period of four years, including an EP, Holy Psychotherapy (1994), and albums Purpose Of The Cross (1996) and Premonition Of Doom (1997). David performs in the vein of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath with that doom oriented blues hard rock/metal that we have come to know and love from the U.K. band that started it all.
It has been revealed that David and his band are closing in on a new album that will be unveiled to the public in September 2021 entitled Death To Black, Life To Light.
