The famed post/hardcore band known as Beloved has announced their reunion. The band, who had previously been signed with Solid State Records, was an icon in the scene for a long time, influencing many a band, leading the screamo charge. (The good kind of screamo).
During their time as a band, they released three albums and a split titled, One Night Split, with Luti-Kriss (later known as Norma Jean). However, in 2005, the band disbanded. Shortly afterward, Joe Musten and Johnny Smrdel formed the metallic hardcore band Advent.
The band is set to play Furnace Fest, which is also being revived.
