Reign Of Glory: New Vocalist Revealed

The journey of metal band Reign Of Glory has been remarkable since their inception in 2022, featuring vocalist Robyn Kyle Basauri (Red Sea, Die Happy), guitarist Nick Layton (FireWolfe), bassist Roger Dale Martin (Vengeance, Die Happy), and drummer Jim Chaffin (The Crucified, Deliverance). Their debut album, All Will Bow, was released under Roxx Records in the same year.

In the brief period of their existence, this talented ensemble experienced several lineup changes. Robyn Kyle Basauri had to step down due to vocal difficulties, which led to his withdrawal from their inaugural live performance at Part One of Immortal Fest in 2023. He was succeeded by Luke Easter, a veteran vocalist from Tourniquet.

In January of the following year, Steve Braun assumed the lead vocal responsibilities, while Jim Chaffin departed the band shortly thereafter, with Jeffrey A. McCormack (Les Carlsen, Q5) stepping in as his replacement.

As of 2025, the quartet is diligently working on their sophomore album and has enlisted vocalist Mark Boals (Ring of Fire), renowned for his work on Yngwie Malmsteen‘s album The Trilogy (1986), to succeed Steve Braun. They are also set to perform at Part One of the 4th Annual Immortal Fest in Versailles, Ohio, which is also commemorating the 40th anniversary of Sanctuary International.
