Introducing – United Servants

We love checking out new bands and quite frankly we enjoy the aspect of finding and experiencing new bands for all to hear and listen too, like we said in our last introducing column.

Today’s episode comes from a small town called Junction City, Ohio. Where local musician Tucker Dawson (real name Nathaniel T. Dawson), has his metal infused hard rock project called United Servants. Formerly a three-piece, Tucker has continued it with the current one man band that has seen 17 years of existence, which is quite extraordinary considering I haven’t heard of them until recently and therefore not making onto our magazine before now. Tucker cites himself as having a wide array of influences with bands such as Disciple, Stryper, Whitecross, Pillar, Skillet, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Metallica.

With five singles and two full-length albums over a two-year period, Tucker has no plans to slow down any time soon, with his latest title, single “Save Me From Myself” released in March 2021, with his second full-length of the same name, that followed suit in early April 2021.

In the beginning of 2021, the band is currently in a live show hiatus for the immediate future, as the decision was made not because of that virus, but as previously mentioned how it was becoming a solo project, that Tucker has made this decision for now.
