Power metal outfit Within Silence is BACK and have just released a second brand new single “Divine Power” last week, which is taken from the long-awaited third full-length record The Eclipse of Worlds, scheduled to drop next month on December 6th on their longtime Swedish metal label Ulterium Records.
Since their humble beginnings back in 2014 and the release of two full-length albums Gallery of Life (2015) and its follow-up, Return from the Shadows (2017), the group has received very positive reviews and feedback from fans. They have steadily grown in popularity throughout the power/melodic metal community, and toured with bands such as Theocracy and Sleeping Romance.
The desire was for the latest offering to be epic, memorable and uplifting, and so therefore enlisted the mixing services of Matt Smith (Theocracy) and the mastering expertise of Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Kamelot, Evergrey).
After my first listen last night as I was running errands, I can honestly say that this newest installment is their best sounding yet, with a huge nod vocally and musically in some tracks leaning towards metal legends Iron Maiden. **Review coming soon**.
